The Challenge
CareFusion, a medical technology company, was undecided on the benefit of upgrading their BPC 7.x environment to BPC 10.0 or BPC 10.0 on HANA. While the company had discussed the theoretical benefits of the upgrade, CareFusion had no hard data related to their specific environment. They needed definitive proof, so they turned to TruQua.
The Solution
To facilitate their decision, TruQua created a private cloud using TruQua’s TruQloud to test three systems: BPC 7.5, BPC 10.0 on Oracle, and BPC 10.0 on HANA. This enabled the TruQua team to migrate CareFusion’s consolidation models to each system. Once migration was complete, TruQua ran end-to-end activities in all three systems in order to mimic real circumstances.
